Terms of Service

By activating a workspace or integrating our quoting widget scripts, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, you must immediately terminate account activation and remove scripts.

1. Account Activation & License Grant

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run the Moversdock CRM application and embed the public quoting widget. You must ensure all information submitted during workspace registration is accurate.

2. Subscription Limits & Billing

Moversdock billing operates on a recurring monthly cycle. Plan quotas (e.g. 100 leads for Starter, 200 leads for Growth) are enforced strictly. Excess submissions trigger block parameters. You may upgrade or cancel subscriptions at any time via your billing dashboard.

3. Database Ownership & Fair Use

You retain full ownership of customer lead directories and inventory items. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with client contact preferences. We reserve the right to suspend workspaces utilizing widgets for spam or fraudulent activity.

4. Limitation of Liability

Moversdock is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for scheduling overlap issues, server downtime, email delivery delay parameter failures, or client billing disputes.
