Workspace Registration: Name, company parameters, email address, password hash, and billing coordinates.
Lead Submission: Customer coordinates, pickup/delivery addresses, date parameters, custom inventories, and photos of inventory items uploaded by customers.
Configurations: SMTP credentials, dispatch crews, active trucks, tax preferences, and payment QR configuration paths.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

To build estimates, coordinate scheduling calendar operations, and send portal confirmation alerts.
To verify account eligibility and enforce monthly plan limit caps.
To support custom SMTP email forwarding parameters securely.
