30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We are committed to the success of your moving company. If Moversdock doesn't fully satisfy your operations needs within the first 30 days, we'll refund your purchase in full.

Moversdock stands by the quality of our moving company CRM and quoting tools. Our refund guidelines explain how you can request cancellations and claim your refunds.

1. Refund Eligibility Period

We offer a complete 100% refund within the first 30 calendar days from your initial plan registration or upgrade payment. Once this 30-day window expires, recurring subscription charges are non-refundable.

2. Processing Refund Requests

To request a refund under the 30-day guarantee:

Send an email to support@moversdock.com.
Include your registered email address, name of the workspace, and invoice details.
Refunds are processed through our merchant aggregator back to your original payment card within 5 to 10 bank business days.

3. Database Retrievability

Upon approval of your refund request, your workspace database is deactivated. We recommend exporting your active moving leads, schedule logs, and customer records via PDF or CSV configurations from your settings panel prior to submitting your refund request.
